Hi how y’all doin this hot afternoon? I made a cake Mom’s Otmeal Cake this morning. This cake takes only a few ingredients, it taste delicious! As I was making the cake , I was thinking of all the times as a kid we had this cake. Someone dropped in, the cake was the first thing we served with a cup of hot coffee. If one wasn’t already baked, it was no time one was in the oven. The cake is delicious served hot, but if cooled, a dollop of whip topping, or a scoop of ice cream tops it off.
