Hi everyone, it’s a beautiful day. The sun is shining and a slight breeze. Made a breakfast sandwich this morning, it was so delicious. I think using eggs for breakfast in different was keeps breakfast exciting. Sometimes just fried or scrambled eggs gets a little boring, especially for children. We all know breakfast is the meal that gets us going in the morning. Cereals are also exciting when we use them different ways when making breakfasts. We look at food and if it doesn’t look interesting and delicious we aren’t interested in trying it. When you want children to try a vegetable or other foods they might not like, this is a great way to get them to try something different.
