Beautiful morning! 64 degrees a light breeze, sun shining, birds are singing. What more to ask for to start off my day. Got a busy day planned today. Cooking some new recipes. For lunch stuffed burgers, then for supper a yummy Taco bake. I love trying new recipes. After supper I’m always planning for the next day. I can remember momma always told us before going to bed, in the morning were having…whatever she planned to make. I really can’t remember a time when she said I just don’t know what to fix. My momma was one of those old timey cooks that never measured anything, it was always a pinch, a handful, or a dash. That’s how I learned to cook. My recipes that have been handed down are just that way. So now..im trying to test my recipes with measuring everything. So I’m always testing recipes.
