These cookies are so delicious and so easy to make. Great snack. Snack for the kids when they come home after school. My grans always was hungry when they came home after a long day at school. I always had a after school snack waiting for them when they got home. Simple ingredients and only a few ingredients.

3 cups quick oatmeal

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick butter

1/2 cup milk

2 cup sugar

1/2 cup peanutbutter

Get all ingredients measured before cooking the cookies. In a large pan put sugar butter and milk. Stirring till mixture comes to a boil.Boil for 1 min. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanutbutter. Stir till smooth then add oatmeal. Drop by tablespoon on foil or parchment paper pressing down with the back of the spoon to form a round cookie..let cool..Enjoy!
