Sitting here having my morning coffee, going through my emails, ECT. Having a wonderful day talking to everyone. We will probably never meet in person, but I feel like we are all family. I look forward to each day taking a few moments just to chit chat with y’all. So since we visited yesterday, I did find a Onion Ring recipe that I really like. I shared the recipe yesterday. I will be making it often. It was more than I was expecting. Not greasy at all, and so crispy. I was thinking, I’ve not really shared much about me and my family. I love writing. I have written a couple short stories. Never had them published, when I think I’m finished, I decide, no it’s not ready. I like writing children’s stories. I’ve started a children’s book, I’ve been working on for awhile now. I’m a southern gospel singer, I’m not a professional singer. We had a gospel ministry at one time, went to different churches and I would sing, we went to nursing homes, the prisions, and rescue missions, where we presented the gospel and ministered in music. Loved it. My husband and I taught Sunday school for many years. Our youngest son is a preacher. The Lord has really blessed us in so many ways, and continues to bless us daily. Enough about me. Today in the kitchen, I will be making Bar b que Chicken, Old Fashion Corn Pudding, I will prepare Over Night Cornbread Casserole for tommorows breakfast. Yummy. Come on in the kitchen.
