4 -5 medium potatoes cubed.
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
3/4 Cup soften butter
Salt
Pepper
1/8teaspoon -1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder depending on your taste
1/2 and 1/2 milk
Put potatoes in 2 quart sauce pan, add enough water to cover the potatoes, add salt to taste. Cook potatoes till fork tender. Drain potatoes, add cheese, butter, garlic,and pepper. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher till no lumps, add enough milk to make potatoes fluffy. Serve hot.
