Granola

4 cups Old Fashioned Oats

1 1/2 cups nuts/seeds ( pepitas)

1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup coconut oil melted or olive oil

1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla

2/3 cups dried cranberries or what ever you like

Oven 350 degrees for 21 to 24 minutes

Line large sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl mix oats, salt, and cinnamon. Stir and mix. Mix syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour over mixture. Mix till every piece is completely covered. Pour onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Spread out into an even layer, bake till lightly browned. 21-24 minutes. Let cool completely

add nuts, seeds, and dried cranberries. Store in air tight container at room temp. for 1 -2 weeks. Or freeze up to 3 months. Use on ice cream, snack, or cereals. Enjoy!
