Creamy grits

Serves 4

1 cup #Quaker grits

4 cups water

1 chicken bouillon cube

Butter

Pepper

Cajun seasoning (optional)

Pepper jack cheese (optional)

In 2 quart sauce pan water and bouillon. Bring to a boil. slowly stir in the grits. Reduce heat to med low. Continue cooking 5 – 7 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add cheese, pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste. Let grits set 5 mins. Serve with a pat of butter. Enjoy!
