3 cups pinto beans, sorted and rinsed
Water
Ham hock
1 salt to taste
Chicken bouillion
Place beans in bowl with hot water. Set aside. In crock pot add ham hock and water and bouillon cube. Turn crock pot on high setting for 2 hours, place lid on. When water begins to boil add the undrained beans and salt to taste. Replace the lid. Leave crockpot setting on high set for 6 hours. Add more water as needed. Enjoy!
