1 box jiffy cornbread mix

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

1/4 Cup green chili’s and green tomatoes or 1/4 cup jalephenos. Add more or less according to your taste.

1/2 Cup grated Pepper jack cheese

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees, place greased cast iron skillet in oven while pre heating to heat. Mix all ingredients till mixed. Remove skillet from oven. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake 15- 20 mins. Brush top of cornbread with butter. Enjoy!
